Quality Technician
Performing various inspection tasks on the shop floor including visual inspection, and various types of leak testing – pressure and helium. Must be able to read and understand drawings and clearly document test results as required.
Production Supervisor
Responsible for directly supervising a team of 15 to 20 manufacturing technicians. Must balance production schedules, safety performance, and efficiency of the manufacturing department employees while ensuring the quality of all work.
Quality Compliance Engineer
Maintain a leadership role in driving compliance and improvement of processes, assist in audits, welder training and certifications, lead root cause investigations and assist in the development of robust inspection plans for fabrication of pressure vessels and manufactured components.
Production Tech I (Welder/Fitter)
Set up welding equipment for safe and efficient use, produce quality welds with minimal supervision and in accordance with ASME requirements. Requires SMAW, GMAW, GTAW.
Production Technician Welder
Skilled position requiring knowledge of GTAW, GMAW, Orbital Welding, fabrication drawings, blueprints, AWS weld symbols and welding procedures. GTAW (TIG) experience is a plus. Requires experience setting up welding equipment for safe and efficient use and the ability to weld stainless and carbon steel in various positions and degrees of difficulty. Bethlehem location.
